Information for owners that look to let an apartment

Service pack basic:

If you as an owner and or building society have houses and or apartments for rent on the free market, Sonar Apartments is your partner in letting these houses partly or fully furnished for short or long term.
The offer is entered into our database and constantly checked against the demand. Contract preparation and check in (and check out) is part of our service.

Service pack full:

Beside the services mentioned above we offer our full service pack. This means that we will take care of:

• Sonar apartments will take over the function as the contact person for the tenant(s). Most of the owners don’t want to be bothert with leaking taps, a lost key, request for an extra bed, broken light bulb etcetera.
• The cleaning of your house(s) or apartment(s)
• The administrative management of the rental agreements is obviously not your core activity. Certainly when a vast number of tenants are involved. Through regular reporting you'll be informed about expiring dates and changes.
• Sonar apartments will take care of termination of rental contracts, new tenants if there is an early departure.

For a monthly fee per contract all these worries are solved and you can concentrate on your core activities.
