To make sure you can enjoy your new house or apartment quickly, we ask you to supply the following information*:

  • Employment contract or employer referral of the main tenant
  • Last salary specification

After receiving the above mentioned information, a screening, and consent from the property owner, a rental agreement will be drafted. This can all be arranged within a few days so that you can enjoy your new home quickly. Are you in a hurry? Same day occupation is not new to us.
