Rental packages for your house

Sonar Apartments offers a selection of rental packages. We mainly offer rental properties in the most popular districts of The Hague, where most expats would like to live.
We offer 3 packages for renting out/ managing your property. All our services are ‘no cure, no pay’ based.

Option 1: Mediating renting out your house (intake house, taking pictures, promotion, and find a suitable tenant).

Option 2: Combination of mediating (finding a tenant) and complete property management after finding a tenant (Both rental and management are professionally organised).

Option 3: Property management (you currently have a tenant and would like to have your property managed).
